Vic: Class action lodged against restaurant
Lawyers have filed a class action against a Melbourne restaurant which allegedly soldcontaminated pork rolls that killed one man and made 195 others ill.
Law firm Maurice Blackburn Cashman has begun proceedings against Thanh Phu Pty Ltd-- which operates the Thanh Phu restaurant in Footscray -- and its director, VAN HAI NGUYEN.
